Being a kid these days is HARD. The expectations and stress put on little ones combined with less time and space to just be a kid can lead to overwhelm in a child's mind and body. More and more kids are being diagnosed with anxiety, anger issues, and attention disorders. We need to give our little ones opportunities to draw their awareness away from our chaotic world so that they can connect with their authentic, peaceful selves. That's where yoga comes in.
